the most absurd rude people I have ever dealt with poor customer service bad workmen ship the owner is rude cares only about the $ cant get the same answer twice for anyone there they hire unskilled workers refuse to stand behind there work they think being rude to you and not returning your calls will make you give up I had a appointment with the owner to come and see for his self the awful job his so called workers did he never showed up nor called I have been going thru this since April!! I will never recommend this company to any one I went with this company because of its past reputation that no longer exist they think they are better than anyone and they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction It is very heart-rending to see a company built by hard work so many years ago and then the original owner retires and the next in line to take over just don't care he thinks he can run it on past reputation but this is catching up fast in today's world of social media I wished I would of checked them out first I would of never hired them and from what I see so many people have the same complaints I have and I have even went and talked to some new house builders who are not satisfied with there quality and customer service . I have learned a pretty expensive lesson not to make a decision on past reputation I will do my research the next time I saw one review that said run don't walk away Lafatta that is my recommendation also. to sum it up Poor Quality Poor Workmanship and they worst Customer Service I have ever seen the worst being the Owner.The only reason I gave a star is because I had to to post my review.
