The customer service is incomparable. They will go above and beyond for their customers. They will always fix or replace broken, loose or lost buttons free of charge with your drycleaning services of course. It's a 3 day turnaround...but faster if u need it. I've never had anything bad happen to my clothes. They're pretty darn good at getting bad spots out. All that on top of the excellent customer service...Is more than enough for me to give them 5 stars!
