Received a bereavement dish garden for my mom's passing. The 'garden' was ok, but the presentation was inexcusable for a bereavement - it was wrapped in Christmas paper, with a mangled bow attached and the card had misspellings on it.
It was quite upsetting since it was a bereavement gift sent to me. For as many people that work in the shop, the professionalism is missing to have allowed this to happen. Not only that, but the delivery person trespassed onto my property by opening the door to my home and putting the basket inside my kitchen. There were lily flowers in the basket that could have killed my cat if eaten without my knowledge.
Would never recommend this place, unless you don't care about quality and professionalism.
