The doctors are ok. They do their jobs which is nice I guess. I've never known anyone in the practice to go the extra mile or go out of their way to do something without being asked. On other words, they don't anticipate the needs of patients or their family. The
front office staff is rude, talks down to people, and
does not care about their patients or the families of patients. That knocked a four star rating to a one in
my book. They are the first and last contact in the office and they always make me wish I had changed providers. I guess it's time to do that.....
