My wife and I stopped by their location on Dec 31, 2012 to physically inspect a motorhome we were interested. Todd was very kind to show us the vehicle and take care of us during our visit. To the point that we decided to put a refundable down payment on the vehicle. After we got home(7hr drive), we started to see what other options we had if we purchase a similar vehicle for the monies they were selling us the coach.
On Jan 2, 2013, I called Todd and informed him tht I wanted to cancel our purchase agreement because I felt that I could get a better deal for a similar coach without having to invest any more funds on items missing on the coach such as the bedroom tv, all the front tv electronics(dvd, satellite dome receiver or remotes). I followed my request with an overnite FedEx letter to them requesting that my $500 check be returned on a self addressed envelope enclosed. As of today Jan 19, 2013 all I keep getting is excuses and that I need to call Geoff-the owner. I am glad I did not purchase anything from this business, because the re is a lot to be desire here. Buyers beware. I have all my documentation in writting to support my review! BEWARE, that is all I have to say!
