My wife took her X3 to BMW Bellevue for 60K mi service and was shocked with a $2450+ bill including rear brake replacement which was not needed or authorized. The 2010 labor rate was $132/hr plus 10% for "shop chemicals and disposal fees" = $145.20/hr plus 9.5% tax for a whopping $158.99/hr. She will never go back to BMW of Bellevue. Interesting that without the four 5 star ratings by John H the actual ratings would be 3 five star, 1 two star and 14 one star for an average 1.82 rating. If a zero rating were offered the average it would be significantly lower.
