They ruined my special. I asked for a hair cut and an updo. It took them 3 hours to do that. They ruined my cuts, the updo was horrible. I was late to my event because of them. I had to go home and wash my hair because there is no way I would wear my hair like that. The guy doing my hair left and started on someone elses hair and left me with another women who knows nothing about hair. The receptionist had a nasty attitude. They are not proffesionals. They don't listen to what people want, they go by what they think is right. They give you an attitude if you tell them to do it a certain way. While I was there another women was complaining about her hair do. My cousin went there before and they ruined her prom day because her hair came out really bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
