Ed and Rich are both highly professional and friendly and courteous. I love that it is a family owned and operated business. They refurbished our fireplace a few years ago and did a masterful job. When they come to sweep the chimney for the fall, they are careful to cover your carpets and hearth and leave not a speck of dirt behind.
