I called Hayden's 9 times (verified in my phone history). I got through to him 3 times, left 3-4 messages. He never returned any of my messages and every time I spoke with him he refused to schedule an appointment. Instead he told me to call back "in the morning" or "2 O'clock." And who would guess that when I called at the times he indicated he didn't answer. I understand you might be busy, but at least have the courtesy to return phone calls or set a concrete time for something as simple as an inspection. I ended up just going there after work with my car...Had to leave it over night (that's fine). When I returned the next day he gave me an overview of some issues with the car, but instead of being patient and courteous to a customer he was more concerned with getting back to working on his roof. You won't see me returning there. Especially with his overuse of "yuh." I don't even think he was listening to me half the time as I was discussing options with him. I think I'd rather deal with a condescending auto-tech than one in the early stages of dementia. What a waste of a week. more
