I called this company a full month before my moving date and the customer service team appeared to be busy and distracted. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold forever and had the nerve to scream at me when I called her out on it. I was tempted to hang up and find another company but their prices were far too good for me to ignore. Anyway, I decided to stick with them and it ended up paying off for me. The movers were efficient and completed my move in no time. I was also impressed at how they they really took their time blanket-wrapping all of my furniture and electronics. It showed that they really cared about a safe transport.
