Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I emailed from the website link about a major issue I had with your company calling to remind me to update my registry before my "Big day" (I lost that pregnancy unfortunately). I was not upset about the call so much because I never went back & deleted the registry we started. I did email customer service with some concerns over that policy and heard nothing. Then I called the 800 number to hopefully get my name off but was told "we will see what we can do. You will probably still get notifications and coupons around that date though so just throw them out. Have a good day"....and hung up on me. Not even an I'm sorry and was basically told too bad, we are just going to keep reminding you of this horrible event. I then sent 2 more emails to the email address that their Facebook page recommended. I have been emailing them daily now (total of 5 so far) and still no response. This company is a joke. I'm canceling my current registry (I am luckily pregnant again) and bringing my business somewhere else. more
