I purchased a 6 burner stove the day it was delivered we notice the oven door stayed cracked open they were called tight away the sent a repair person to check it out. The repair person told us that it was a manufacture defect I had to call the store after several days, I thought they would call me after their tech had given them their findings, no mot that easy. I had to go to the store after several days to talk to a manager the manager avoided the conversation all he said was too ban call the manufacture I DID the stove was just bought by this time it was about several months we are still trying to get a stove an oven to bake. Sorry not yet. The manufacture would not talk to us and APPLIANCE MART would not help well what happened after a while we would us the oven but the house would need to be well ventilated. The weatherization program from the city came in and took out the oven because it was a big hazard. We needed they oven because my husband had just had open heart surgery and needed his food oven cooked, well the story foes not end there the oven we receive was purchased through APPLIANCE MART guess what I has broken once already and it has just broke again I think that these people that have written GREAT reviews I hope that your appliances NEVER BRAKE because you will be in the same boat as we were.
