I took my Lexus in after noticing a very small oil leak. The put my car up on a lift for 3 hours, but actually spent only a few minutes on the car. I assume that was done to give an appearance that they were actually working on the car.
They gave an estimate of $2,800 to make repairs, but I declined. It turned out the only problem was a few loose valve cover bolts. It was repaired for under $50.
