Had issues with spa in February of 2012. They came to my home to repair and said the circuit board was bad. 700.00 later it still was not working and they said it would cost another 800.00 to repair it. Had someone else check it and the circuit board was wired wrong. Found out it was the heater unit which cost 115.00 to replace and installed the original circuit board in May. The hot tub worked perfect with the old circuit board. Stopped by to talk to Bill and he left knowing I was coming to talk to him. They never cared enough to call back and talk with me. Yes I am very upset with them and would be more then happy to talk to anyone that wants to do business with them.
