My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary and I never received them. When I called to have our money refunded they said that the order number I had wasn't one of theirs. Once they finally realized that it was their number, they said when you order online they don't always get the order and apologized saying they would refund the money. While this is kind of them, it doesn't fix that I was disappointed or that I didn't get to enjoy the flowers my husband picked out for our special occasion.
