I have used Kenmore Cab several times but lately their quality in service is not only questionable, but deplorable. The last time I called their service, the dispatcher hung up on me TWICE. When the call finally came through, the dispatcher was rude and told me my cab would come in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes with a cab that never showed. I called Kenmore Cabs but once again, the service continued to hang up on me. I eventually walked to take a bus that wouldn't come for another thirty minutes.
DO NOT use this service unless you like being left in the cold.
