The review posted below this one from Guest and entitled "Terrible Experience" was my review. I wish I had signed in as a member and not a guest so I could delete it now. I received a phone call from Lisa, one of the owners of Calibers who saw my review. Not only was she one of the sweetest people, but she sincerely apologized for my negative experience. She explained some things about the person who I spoke with that explained my experience. I felt so much better after speaking with her, and I would recommend Calibers to anyone. A business is a good business if they are willing to reach out and apologize when things don't go right. Thank you.
