I am trying to impress this girl I met and arranged to have flowers delivered to her job in Seattle. I booked the order a week in advance and the order was not delivered. I called several times on the 14th and there was no answer. On the 15th, I managed to get through and the person who answered the phone said oh, we haven't even started. We're behind. She'll get them TOMORROW or the next day. Terrible experience. Use FTD.
