This company came across as dependable, respectable and a good choice. They came and in two days I had a new roof. They were neat, they cleaned up after their work and then left. However, it was not Carlson, they outsourced their work and we never saw anyone from the company on site. three months later, i had a leak in my ceiling from the poor job that they did. It's now TEN years later and I am still fighing leaks in the roof. Last yeari had to replace the ceiling after a horrible damaging leak. Guess what we found??? A large hole in the plwood that they should have fixed but didn't. Oh, but there is a generous 12 year warranty right? Think again!!! IF you can get them on the phone or to return your calls, they will tell you it's been however many years and then tell you it's too late. But they will come and give us a free estimate on how much it will be to make the repairs, while we are under warranty for workmanship. It was also super nice of them to give us a set time to come around for that awesome free estimate...sometime in the next week. Not a day or time, just a floating space of time. Save your money, time and aggrivation. Go somewhere else!!!
