One day when I was there the CEO of the place named Joe was holloring at this kid and using not acceptable language because he had mud on his shoes and tracked it inside the building. Both myself and others looked at each other in disbelief the way he was screaming at this kid. When we put comment cards in at the front desk no one ever got back to us. We did not renew our membership. Also the time we were members the place seemed neglected and mismanaged since the new management took over the place.
