Ordered an item and they attempted to charge my card but it had been stolen. I was told to send the funds via check-easy enough but the CS agent gave me the aount due without shipping. I should have checked but I took her word for it. Almost three weeks later I had yet to receive the item and was told that the check failed to include a $16.00 shipping fee for the $400 coat purchased. They cancelled the order. I asked why they had failed to email me-I got disconnected. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. So (like an idiot I sent another check for the coat).I am told that their standadrd policy is to wait 14 days after receiving a check before sending an item. The entire process has taken 6 weeks. I've learned my lesson-it all seems very ardous.
