Bad: The waiting room is always chuck full. They don't reserve a specific time slot for just you, he'll numb you and leave you for 1/2 hour while he talks up front or whatever he does. There prices are all higher than his competitors but there is absolutely no perks and no respect for peoples time. I has a filling placed 3 months ago and it has hurt ever since so I went and got a few second opinions, all 3 of the other dentist took an xray and did an exam and said the same thing- it still had soft tooth and shre. Improvements: Everything. Do good dentistry if you are charging such high prices. Very disappointed..
