I was sent to Joe Neubert collision by my insurance company for a new front bumber!! They told me that it would be finished in a week tops. After a week I called them and they kept telling me it will be ready later today and finally they began to transfer me immediately to voicemail. Two weeks later I finally got my car back. I got in it for the first time and didn't even start in the parking lot. Not to mention there is black grease all over my seats, doors, and steering wheel. I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend it.
