Sadly we employed Eagle Pest Eliminators for rat control, and while they were always very nice, the rats got steadily worse over the year that we paid them to eliminate the rats. They were completely ineffective and in fact made the problem worse by baiting traps and encouraging the rodents to enter the house. Every other week another rat in the trap. Six months after we discontinued our contract, Clean Crawls found the entry points that Eagle never could.
