Good: nothing. Bad: That they "fixed" my car and told me it was SAFE to drive back to NY when it clearly wasnt. Went to Lloyds AFTER spending 500 in brakes only to find out that the frame was cracked! I went back to get a refund and they REFUSED!! I asked to speak with the owner and the owner refused to talk with me and told the manager that he would not refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Improvements: Customer service, technical diagnosis. Other: horrible place to get your car fixed BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
