I had to cancel my appointment last minute b/c of an unexpected schedule change. Although the receptionist informed me they have a 24 hr cancellation policy she was still very helpful & I found an appointment soon after. I was pleasantly surprised by this very modest salon. Warm atmosphere( I second a previous review; not stuffy or overpriced). After a complimentary hand massage & a magically soothing cup of tea I was very relaxed. The stylist had some good ideas for my color change and I am so happy with the result. I will definitely return to try some other services!
