Good: horrible customer service and conterfeit products.. Bad: I bougt a Toshiba laptop from best buy. However they gave me a computer with a counterfeit copy of windows. The supervisor in the Tyler, TX store named Ashley refused to assist us. She told us we have to contact Toshiba. This is horrible customer service, I spent alot on a new laptop and now have to jump through hoops to use it. She even refused to let my husband speak with anyone else.. Improvements: DONT dupe customers into buying conterfeit products and services!! And only a good buisness would replace something faulty they sold.. Other: The laptop includes Windows 7 i shouldnt have to then pay out of pocket a year later to buy it..
