The prices are reasonable, the inventory extensive, and the sales staff actually treats you with respect. I had visited a few days before I actually bought, and they were kind enough to bring me hot chocolate and let my kid play in the wait room, even though I made it clear I wasn't in a position to buy that day. I visited 8 lots in the bay area, and this was the only one that I didn't feel like I had to take a shower afterwards from all the sleaze.
