This dry cleaner is good for cleaning (although I have had issues there as well) but they actually ruined a few articles of my clothing when asked to do alterations. I asked for two of my dresses to be shortened. I had to bring one of them back to be shortened again since they did their measurements incorrectly and they didn't touch it and told me that they did. Another dress they simply cut (not even in a straight line) and told me in broken English that this type of dress could not be hemmed. I have since taken that dress elsewhere to be done correctly but since they cut it, it is now a shorter dress rather than the maxi I paid for. They also added liners to two shirts where they used a cheap material that bunches up. I have never heard of a place that does alterations so poorly and all of this cost me nearly $200!!
