Dean, the service manager at Tom Holzer, handled a difficult drivability issue with professionalism, courtesy and consideration. He kept me up to date on discussions with Ford Motor Company on how to fix the intermittant problem I experienced, he arranged for a service loaner, and he was supportive and empathetic throughout the whole process. Because of Dean, I will buy another Ford product and I will buy from Tom Holzer Ford.
