Poor listening skills, not in control of the office staff and the staff has poor skills in admin., testing and the will to do a good job. Follow through is extremely poor and if anything needs to be sent out and done on time, patients should call as soon as possible and continue to follow through or it will sit in the office with no sense of urgency.
