B and B saturated my diding room wall with water when they cleaned my carpets recently. When I called to let them know, they told me it wasn't their fault, that I had a pipe burst in my home! What a crock.... there is no pipe on that side of our home. They even came out and took pictures and I had made copies of some I had taken as well. They just couldn't admit they made a mistake! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
