Good: This was my first purches at a real dealership. I thought the staff was pleasant. Although I was there for almost 5 hrs and only had about 15 min with the vehicle, most of which Was test driving it. The sales man even put gas in it for me, thanks.. Bad: Well, the first time I lifted the back seat, I found what looks like Carmel covering a sizable area of the carpet. Was told to bring it in and it would be taken care of. But then was told they weren't going to remove it, telling me I must have put it there. The only items ever in it, were two kids ball mitts and a par of cleats. When I told him this I was told I was a liar and it had to be from me. (not his exact words but same Concept) i don't know about you but that's the one thing I can't stand, liar ,. Improvements: It would be nice if they could just make thing rite. I under stand oversites happen. You can't double check all your employees. But the customer should not have to pay for there oversites.They should have to walk a customer though the entire vehicle before a sale. Then there are no surprises down the road..
