For example finding the right vehicle with the desired features,the negotiation of price and our used car trade-in value was agreeable, obtaining a car loan with a low interest rate,and a final quality check on the vehicle at various stages before we left the parking lot. Both of these individuals excelled in customer service and professionalism and should be highly commended. They were very attentive to all of our questions and provided detailed replies, we were not pressured into buying a vehicle and felt comfortable during the whole process,their communiction skills were excellent, and above all they wanted to make sure we were completly satisfied before we left the dealership with our new vehicle.
