Where do you think a dumptruck would try to place mulch? On the front yard or block a street? I came home to a police car in front of my house and the town of brookhaven highway department sending a bulldozer to clean up the garden depot's mess. I called to complain and they said they would call me back!!! It serves me right because I have heard stories about that place before but how could you mess up a mulch delivery?
