Phil Gibson is a fantastic service advisor! I initially spoke with him on the phone and he managed to fit me in right away with a "no problem...come on in" friendly attitude. (I am heading to SF and my car had been making funny noises so this was very helpful!). Upon arriving at the dealership, he greeted me and took the time to explain possibilities of my car's behavior - all in a very clear and concise manner. I felt very confident that the services he recommended were imperative. I'd would definitely ask for him if you need to service your car.
