Good: after paying $800 to fix a leak that still leaked I went to this shop. They found the real leak and fixed it for 1/2 the price they even redid a cracked O ring for free. Big Bill said he couldn't say if his guy chipped the O ring putting it in or not so he replaced it on his dime. Never had that happen before a repair shop redoing something for free!! I've been back several times with no complaints about this small business. They have my business for good.. Other: Big Bill is a good business man not out to get rich on each sale. Generally prices are lower than any other shop in the area..
