Excellet Service Department - I own an 03 Acura MDX, and a Honda which I both service with them. Sean Kelly is the Asst Sales mgr. He's excelleent Mark is the Mgr. also very good. I've really appreciated how great these guys are at getting our apts in around our schedules. And I've had so many problems with other service departments trying to make up bogus charges and things which need to be fixed. So now I bring both our cars into Ray Laks. I find the Mgrs both very professional polite and accommodating. The service guys I've talked with have all been very knowledgable. And they wash your car after every service which is always a nice touch. plus every sat you can get a free carwash.. nice touch...
