I picked my car after getting tires replaced. Kaitlyn was very welcoming. She arranged to get the hood air filter changed. When the service guy was replacing the engine filter he noticed that the filter behind the glove box also needed to be changed. The bill had been closed already so she went to parts and got the filter. Nice interaction between her and the parts guy. She brought it out and got it installed. The whole thing took less than ten minutes.
