Paul Horner is a brilliant hair colorist and cutter! I've been going to Paul for several years, now and simply stated--HE IS THE BEST. His skills are AMAZING and unsurpassed (I have been to top salons in New York City, San Francisco, and Miami, but he outshines all of them).
I have thin hair and I am hugely picky about my haircuts (and color). I will never go to anyone else. My only fear is that he will retire.
