During the recent drop in temperatures we have experienced in Columbia we decided to turn on the heat only to find that it was not working. I called 2nd Wind first thing Monday morning and they arrived to my home shortly after the call. Shortly after their arrival, the tech determined what the problem was and explained to us in detail out options which involved either repairing or replacing the unit. I had 2nd Wind replace the unit, and in doing do I was very impressed with the work they did, and have requested that the same technician be my technician going forward.
