He was direct and upfront when we spoke, and I really valued that. He provided quick feedback and was very easy to deal with throughout. Specifically, Brian went out of his way to help make the transaction run very smoothly for me. He arranged for an inspection of the vehicle with another local dealership and organized an exchange over three hours away from Bertera to make it convenient for me. All much appreciated.
