My bags were ready for delivery on a Friday. By Tuesday and many phonecalls later they are still not delivered .... well not to me anyway. I have received no bags and no phonecall from them in 4 days. They say the despatcher delivered my bags, but have no idea where AND can not get in touch with said despatcher ... This doesn't sound like a company that knows anything about despatching to me!
