We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Dan Smith and could not have been treated better. Dan absolutely went out of his way to do everything to make this go as smoothly as possible. He was the first salesman I ran into when I showed up and he was polite and easy to visit with. I test drove a vehicle and a few nights later I got my wife to come and take a look. After we finally decided on our color choice, the one on your lot had been sold. Dan worked hard to locate another matching vehicle in Tulsa and then graciously agreed to go and bring it home for us. I believe Dan's faith gives him the patience of Job, which was needed to get out deal done. We took delivery of the vehicle the next day and it was in perfect condition. Truthfully, I don't recall meeting any Sales Managers or anyone else that helped finalize the deal, other than a stop in financing. I relied on Dan for just about everything and he took care of us the whole way! We had never met Dan prior to arriving at Fowler Honda, but feel as though we were treated like family. Dan is a true professional and asset to the business!
