The owner or operator, the woman with red dyed hair, is very rude and demeaning, she makes the customer feel like they are a moron. I worked with fish 11 years and even though I called it a heater, the woman said there was no such thing as a flat heater for a 10 gallon tank. There is, it's just called a mini heater and is used for 10 gallon tanks. She asked if I questioned her so called 30 years of experience and wouldn't cut the background I asked for. She was giving me the bums rush like she did last time and even mocked my voice the last time I bought from her. I was desperate so I went again (the foolish thought). I do not reccomend this store, it's seedy, dark and unaccommodating.
