Dr. Haan cropped my baby doberman's ears a few weeks ago and has been WONDERFUL through the aftercare process. They carefully regulated her pain relief, they called to check on her at least twice, gave her a bath when she messed in her crate, offered to wash her crate linens, etc. etc. etc. They are NEVER rude to me when I call and have always been able to get me in on a rush basis her to have my puppy's ears retaped when she manages to shake off her protective cup.
