I used to love Phoebe! However, I recently tried to place an order for flower delivery and received an answering service with someone who knew nothing about flowers; every question I asked they had to put through to Phoebe for a response. I'd imagine the answering service wasn't even located within the U.S., it sounded like the answering services companies that cable service providers use! more
