the arrangement sent for my son's funeral was not the one paid for. it was the wrong vase and the wrong color of flowers. i called as soon as i saw them and they sent the correct version but it arrived an hour after the funeral. not to mention, they were not very contrite about any distress this caused me. i will never use them again and will tell everyone i know, not to as well. mary ellen holmberg i give them 1 star more
