I was shopping online for a used vehicle and decide to try Landers Toyota. I had read so many reviews and heard Landers Commercial’s and was inspired to check them out. The finance/sales person contacted me and informed me that he would start working on my deal right away. He found two cars but I wasn’t interested in buying them. After, I expressed that I wasn’t interested he stated that he would work to find me something else. I called the finance/sales person several times for three consecutive days and he lied continuously. He stated that he would call me back and never did. I later found out that he was giving me the run-around because he wouldn’t be making much of a commission from the vehicle I was interested in. I can’t say that Landers Toyota is a bad place to shop based on my negative experience with Steve Carson. When shopping for vehicles try to find a sales person who is truly there to help you find a vehicle and is not soely concern with how much he will be making off of your purchase.
