This person has obviously never had to deal with Michael. If he had he would say the same thing as everyone else. Michael is the WORST so called office manager I have ever met. I work in medical, and know many office managers. By keeping him employed, the doctors are not only losing patients, but the respect of the medical community. If they only knew what the other clinics are saying about them, they would get rid of him quickly, and try to regain the respect of their community.
